📢 Attention eXPRS Users! 📢

There is planned system maintenance for the State of Oregon's network on Sunday, December 15th from 2:00AM to 6:00AM. eXPRS will still be available, but some users may encounter connection issues during this timeframe.

PSW and DSP staff using eXPRS Mobile-EVV: If you have shifts starting or ending and you cannot connect to eXPRS, you will need to manually enter or update your Service Delivered Billing Entries after the maintenance is complete.

📢 Attention Personal Support Workers (PSWs)! 📢

In line with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, all PSW wages will automatically update to align with the Collective Bargaining Agreement Step Pay Scale starting with the pay period from January 16th to January 31st. Any increase in a PSW's step will also be applied starting with the pay period from January 16th to January 31st.
